Unlock Motorola phone-HELP!?

I have a Motorola MOTORIZR Z6tv from Verizon Wireless. It's about a month old.. Last night before I turned off my phone it said the keypad was locked but I didn't think much of it; I thought I could just turn it on the next day and figure out a way to unlock it. Wrong! My phone won't even turn on today. Every time I try to the screen just lights up with a little picture of a lock. I've tried every possible combination I could think of-1234, the last 4 digits of my number, every family member's birthday. But seeing as the phone isn't on I'm not sure how entering a combo would even work. Do I have to call the Verizon people? Help me!
If you have any ideas at all or a website-that would be greatly appreciated as well.

Hey There : ) I feel so bad for you, my phone just died today and I'm lost without it...anyways....I did some research and really couldn't find anything that you can do yourself. The only thing I could find is that they recommend you just calling Verizon yourself and what they will do is ask you information about your phone i.e. information that is on the battery and your account info...and they should be able to give you your code. I hope you figure it out!!! Good luck!!
