Customs held ups package of blackberry cell phones? Recieved letter in the mail today!?

I purchased 100 blackberry cell phones from china. The cell phones are refurbished but original blackberry. They have been on hold by customs for over a month now and i go a letter today stating i violated the "UL" trademark law. I checked a past purchased and "UL" appears on the chargers and on the phone itself. It was a $10,000 order and they said i must forfeit the goods, or i can file a petition. I need serious help. I cannot lose 10 grand. What can i do? Does anyone know where to get help?

It seems they are claiming that the phones and chargers are fakes. You cannot violate the UL trademark if the phones and chargers are genuine. You'll need to file a petition and present evidence that the phones are real. This make require hiring an expert to inspect the goods to determine that they carry the UL seal legitimately. If the phones and chargers are fakes, then you can't import them and Customs will have them destroyed.
